Dr Edward Aronson has Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from McGill University with a specialization in leadership. Prior to obtaining his PhD, Eddie spent more than 30 years in direct leadership positions in industry, and as a manufacturer and entrepreneur. His combination of theory and practical experience in leadership roles provides him with deep and personal understanding of the issues leaders face

Eddie’s consulting experience includes 20+ years collaborating with organizations in both the private and public sectors where he applies his Effective Leadership Program (ELP). The ELP framework was developed through his personal experience, empirical research, and during his time teaching Effective Leadership at the McGill Executive Institute, and instructing B.Com and M.B.A. courses of his design at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.

Dr Aronson’s fluency in 5 languages combined with his experience living and working abroad, and extensive travel to Europe, South America, Asia, and the Middle East provides him with a unique skillset to infuse globally successful leadership development programs into the organizational culture. His global experience allowed him to gain cultural agility and an awareness of the differences in business context both within North America and between North America and other areas of the globe with respect to leadership and business practices.

In addition to recognition as a facilitator, mentor, author, and practitioner; Eddie is also acknowledged for published articles in various academic journals and his presentations at academic conferences in North America and abroad.
